A Global Engineering firm looking to strengthen it's assurance via an Internal Audit Manager, based in Central London The Business: A Global Engineering firm, based in Central London with exceptional technical capabilities across various sectors. The Internal Audit Manager Role: - Support the Head of Internal Audit in design, scope and delivery of Global Audit & risk programme - Partner with finance and operational leadership across all business divisions - Design and Implement best practice processes and controls to support continued organisational growth - Lead the internal audit team on site but also able to work independently - Support commercial teams through project assurance - Ability to travel globally, upto 50% of the time - Based in Central London Ideal profile: - Exposure to Internal and/ or External Audit within a top 10 practice firm - At least 2 years internal audit experience and exposure to leading / managing teams and audits - Interest or exposure to the engineering industry and related risks - Strong business partnering skills, outside of purely finance leaders - European languages would be a plus Please get in touch to discuss further
