Cost Coordinator

£25,000- £28,000 per annum plus excellent benefits package Exclusively working in partnership with the most prestigious client-side organisation, we are looking to recruit an experienced cost coordinator. Reporting to the Controls Director, this role is to ensure that the projects and programmes costs are managed within the current control budget. Ensuring that all respective parties are manging their costs and forecasts within their budgets. Overview of the role: Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasting, liaison with Project Accountant and Finance to manage reservicing impact to the cash and support Coordinate and record all variations to cost plan allowances to ensure an accurate picture of historic, current and future change is reportable at any time Effectively manage communication with project coordinators, trade contractors and other key stakeholders Work with the Cost consultant to support the procurement of packages by ensuring that cost plan allowances are accurate and up to date Advise on the cost impact of programme changes to support the Change coordinator and the change control processAbout you: Experience in creating and managing budgets, setting forecasts and assessing costs Data analytical skills to be able to asses, analyse and report on variances and trends Ability to anticipate potential problems and issues or opportunities before they arise and formulate a plan to address those issues Experience of working in historic/listed buildings and working in a secure live operation environment Ability to make day to day decisions within the delegation of authority Confident is using software applications and working with systems and toolsIf you are interested in the role and in an opportunity to work on one of the most iconic heritage buildings in history, please get in touch with Chloe Doak: on email Or by phone (phone number removed) Transparency Notice to Prospective Candidates We process certain personal information about you for our legitimate business interests in order to identify and contact suitable candidates about positions that may be relevant to them.
