Assistant Accountant Chester £22,000 - £25,000 Study Support & pension A rapidly expanding business based in Chester have a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant who is study AAT level 4 and is looking for an opportunity to progress onto CIMA / ACCA. This position is perfect for someone looking for a role they can progress in as long term will see you develop in to the management accounts team On a day to day basis your role will involve:
• Accruals and prepayments
• Journals
• Reconciliations
• Raising customer commission statements and invoices
• Ensuring the Sales invoices are posted to the ledger in a timely way.
• Assisting with cash book postings
• Working closely with credit controller
• Reporting directly to the Finance Manager To apply for the role you must be:

• Experience of working with large volume low value transactions
