A client in North East Lincolnshire is seeking a purchase ledger clerk for a temporary contract. It is imperative candidates have extensive knowledge with all aspects of accounts payable processes as well as good standard of IT literacy, ability to manage and prioritise workload and confidence to work accurately with a large team. An immediate start is available for suitable applicants. THE ROLE - Full time, temporary contract (Assessed after 6 months) - Immediate start available - Processes high volume purchase ledger invoices from global sites - Matching, batching, coding and reconciling - Manage all accounts related queries and administration - Ensure all company deadlines are met THE CANDIDATE - Must have experience with all aspects of purchase ledger - Confidence and accuracy when processing high volume invoices to deadlines - Be tenacious whilst liaising with suppliers and colleagues to solve account queries - Strong personality, highly organised, able to take responsibility for your workload - Immediate availability and advanced IT knowledge would be an advantage THE CONSULTANCY Edwards & Pearce is a professional recruitment consultancy with 11 specialist divisions managed by experts in their own area of recruitment Established in 1998 Employ approx 30 staff 2 offices in Doncaster & Hull Edwards & Pearce operates according to a strict ethical code and aims to offer both candidates and clients the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
