My Global client is currently looking for a Credit Controller to join their friendly team within their head office in Bracknell. Your duties will include: To investigate the root cause of Issues, ranging from Invoice Queries, Pricing, Supply Chain queries and work as a team to resolve within a timely manner. Raise Credits and Debits within SAP and coordinate Returns where applicable to satisfy Issue resolution, Financial Standards and Customer Expectations. Analyse Issue history to proactively investigate any potential issues and rectify upfront. To liaise with the business and Customer Service on customer relationship management. You will have previous experience within a credit controller position and be confident on the phone. Contract length - 12 months (). Hourly rate - £13.20 per hour. Working hours - Monday - Friday, 36.25 hour week (flexible working hours).
