The ideal candidate will be Qualified or Part-Qualified and experienced within an SME environment. The role is all-encompassing and will not be restricted in areas of responsibilities and will vastly vary from day to day. Responsibilities Manage the Finance Team, encouraging staff development. Responsible for preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts Pack Oversee month-end close process including accruals and prepayments. Assist and oversee with accounts payable, receivable and payroll. Continually look to improve process and drive efficiencies across the business Work effectively with external advisors Ad-hoc projects, as and when required.
