Expenses Assistant £24,000 Benefits and career progression. My client based in Crawley are looking to add to their Finance Expenses Team. This position will be responsible for the management of employee expenses in Concur & SAP systems. This role will take on the lead in the bank & cash function, being responsible for bank and cash records with full monthly reconciliations. Being the helpdesk for employee queries relating to personal expenses, company credit card expenses & mileage reimbursement you will need to be experienced with high volume expense management. This role is not only paying a starting salary of £24,000 but also offers Bonus & progression. What we are looking for: Previous experience in managing staff expenses Good understanding of VAT Good double-entry bookkeeping skills Experience in banking/cashiering - dealing with cash Knowledge of using an accounting system preferably SAP
