Currently recruiting for a Woking based company who are looking for a Administrator/Accounts Assistant ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT WOKING CIRCA £25,000 We are currently recruiting for a small but busy office based in Woking who are looking for someone to provide both administrative and accounts support. The role will provide support to both the Office Manager and the Finance Manager and is very varied. KEY DUTIES: Ordering stationery supplies and office consumables Being first point of contact for office facilities Raising purchase orders, invoices and credit notes Occasional arranging of flights and accomodation Data entry onto Sage 200 Filing, opening post and photocopying Answering calls and dealing with enquiries Supporting with Letter of credits KEY SKILLS: The role will suit someone who is computer literate and Sage 200 would be advantageous.
