A leading UK Banking Group are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their Treasury Finance team. The treasury finance team looks across the whole banking group, monitoring and developing the banks Funding/Liquidity, Capital, and Risk appetite. Within the role you will be working directly with the front office as well and multiple senior stakeholders within the business. You will be the go to in regards to the Rates Desk, Balance Sheet Optimisation, FX Hedging and CVA & XVA. This is a highly commercial role that requires a good technical background and understanding. They are open on background and it's a great opportunity for someone in a similar role wanting to step up or someone in a similar team within a more technical role who is wanting to have a more of a strategic and commercial outlook. The salary on offer is in the region of £65,000-£75,000 (with a little flexibly if needed) plus benefits and bonus.
