A successful, ambitious client of ours is looking to appoint an Executive Assistant, supporting the firm's three Directors and assisting them with the day to day running of the business. The Directors are often off site and are used to doing everything themselves, so you will need to be a tenacious, experienced PA / Executive Assistant who can instil confidence in your ability to deliver and encourage the Directors to delegate. You must have experience of working at senior level and be a hard-working, dedicated individual who is prepared to take complete ownership of your responsibilities and provide commercial, accurate support.

The Client:
A well-established business with plans for measured growth in the near future. They are a relatively small but very tight-knit team, therefore team fit is incredibly important to them. They do not expect the team to work crazy hours and have a friendly, supportive atmosphere. However, the nature of their work requires the utmost accuracy and discretion. The office is based near Towcester in the countryside on the outskirts of Northampton, easily accessible from Milton Keynes or Northampton itself. They do have another office which you would be required to visit once every two or three weeks therefore you must be a driver and car owner. Job Scope: To provide dedicated support to three Directors. As with any Executive Assistant / PA role, a key element to achieving success is to establish a firm, trusting relationship with the team, becoming their right hand in matters of process, administrative duties, and further operational and administrative tasks. You would be involved in dealing with sensitive documents, from colleagues and clients including financial and HR-related information. You would also be expected to build relationships with other members of the team to create a first class support network for the Directors and creating a bridge of communications across the business. Key

responsibilities:

• Being a go-to resource for three busy Directors
• Diary and email management
• Attending meetings and taking minutes
• Dealing with 1st line HR issues
• Company reporting
• Process improvements regarding office procedures and policies

• Occasional travel and accommodation arrangement Experience and personal attributes required:
• Experience of working in an Executive Assistant role
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to respond autonomously and commercially
• Inbox management and prioritisation
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Ideally, experience of working within a small business or tightly-knit team
