Distribution Supplies Limited requires an ACCOUNTS OFFICE CLERK, experienced Accounts Office Clerk required to process invoices both debit/credit ledger using Sage & Excel, candidate must be methodical & able to process the full audit trail through to invoice & dispatch/goods in documentation. Some credit control work possible & general stock management systems & invoice data processing both sales & purchase, the candidate must be a team player working in a small office of 4 co-workers applicant must be very capable & precise. Applicant must be numerate & have reasonable computer skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Office with an efficient telephone manner. We are a Tile wholesaler & retailer & is a mid size company so a general ability & flexibility to get involved in other administrative roles as required. . Hours 0900-1700 5 days week, 4 weeks annual leave Bank Holidays
