Credit Controller Basildon £22,000 bonus (up to £2000 based on targets) Reporting into the Credit Manager, working within a team of 4. You will manage your own ledger and be responsible for reducing debts and keeping queries to a minimum. Responsible for managing a ledger of 700 accounts with a value of £1.3million monthly Chasing customers for payment by phone and email Keeping up to date notes on customer accounts Investigating and resolving customer invoice queries Reconciling customer accounts Sending out statements & copy invoices Requesting write offs and credit notes Working to cash collection target Requirements: Experience within credit control in a busy and fast paced environment Preferably experience of working within a large company environment Evidence of debt reduction Excel (pivot tables / look ups) Excellent communication skills Ability to work hard as part of a lively team Ability to work to collection targets If you are interested in this position please contact Sarah Chandler at CWC Recruitment Ltd.
