Head of Pricing & Data Science sought for a major UK General Insurer. You will be responsible for a team of 25-30 people covering technical pricing, data, modelling and data science, via seven direct reports. Our client underwrites 25 different General Insurance products across Personal & Commercial Lines. Ideally you will have experience of both, although Personal Lines is essential. It is also essential to have experience of online distribution channels, preferably direct (non-aggregator). You will have strong technical experience in risk pricing and data management, a passion for Data Science and Machine Learning / AI. You will have previous experience of leading teams, setting direction and driving organisational change. Excellent six figure salary on offer with extensive benefit and bonus package.
