Robertson Bell Finance are partnered with a genuinely unique Housing Association based West of London in the recruitment of an Interim Purchase Ledger Supervisor. My client is focussed on providing affordable homes and support for the less able, ensuring day to day life is made as easy as possible. This role is a maternity cover and expected to last 12 months. You will be joining a dynamic finance function and providing essential support during this period to the team as well as supervising one Purchase Ledger Assistant. Paying up to £30,000 per annum responsibilities include; Processing and posting all purchase transactions to the payments system. Checking and supervising payment runs. Processing direct debit payments. Supporting the Systems Accountant in reconciling the payment system and accounting system. Supervising the Purchase Ledger Assistant in day to day work. The successful candidate's CV will demonstrate the following; Experience working in Social Housing or Local Government. Experience working in a Senior Purchase Ledger role. Evidence of line management or supervisory duties. Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Table's and VLOOKUP's). To be considered for this role you must be available at short notice.
