Our client, an established company who provide freight services to many different industries is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their vibrant, expanding team based in Coleshill. The position is working within a busy, demanding environment where hard work is noticed. As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for: Entering standard data onto Sage Line 50 Accounts, such as sales receipts, supplier invoices etc Carrying out credit control Reconciliation of bank accounts Reconciliation of supplier accounts and customer accounts Payment of supplier invoices VAT reconciliation Using the FastFreight system, to produce sales invoices and enter purchase invoices ready to be imported onto Sage Dealing with Sales and Purchase queries The successful candidate for the role of Accounts Assistant will have: Previous experience within Accounts Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Previous use of SAGE (desirable) In return the Accounts Assistant will receive a basic salary of £20,000 - £26,000pa depending on experience.
