Income Auditor : London : 3 Month Temp This is a fantastic opportunity for an Income Auditor to join a well-established hotel chain in central London, for a 3-month period. Previous finance experience within hospitality is preferred. Reconcile the cash and cheques received by the front office and POS on daily basis. Ensure any corrections are completed on Opera, Sun and excel sheet. Banking money on daily basis. Foreign exchange currency. Order all change for the front office according to their request and needs. Check and pay the due back on daily basis. Credit card reconciliation on daily basis. Credit cards charge back to be rectified immediately To resolve all credit cards and other bank queries by the telephone. Petty cash - The excel file must be updated on daily basis. To check the Management consumption daily and ensure the Excel file is updated. Allowances and voids must be checked on daily basis. On a daily basis: Daily revenue report. Bank reconciliation. Reconciliation of these accounts in Sun. Assistant Financial Controller. Processes approved invoices. Ensures correct charging amount by coding invoices. Reconciles all statements, requests missing invoices, and adjust as necessary. Processing travel agency commission.
