Cedar have an exciting opportunity to join a luxury retail group as a group financial accountant for a period of 12 months in London. Key

responsibilities:

• Work closely with regional finance teams to consolidate, analyse and report actual results on a monthly basis.
• Prepare quarterly reporting pack for shareholders ensuring compliance with group policies and the production of accurate, consistent and timely information.
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts for all UK companies.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Maintain effective controls within the group reporting process and ensure compliance with sox
• Assist with the review of new lease accounting journals.
• Assist with year-end responsibilities.
• Project support as required.
• Other ad-hoc duties Requirements:
• ACA or ACCA qualified with a sound understanding of IFRS; US GAAP Consolidation and reporting experience an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills
