A highly respected and financial services organisation who are renowned for delivering world class investment solutions and retirement expertise is now seeking someone to join one of their divisions that is responsible for a wide range of operational processes that support customers during key times in their lives including marriages, deaths and divorces. The team review and register legal documentation including death certificates, grants of probate, powers of attorney and court orders, as well as producing correspondence, either to request further information or to confirm that the required changes have been made. This specific role will being responsible for leading, motivating and developing the teams, as well as working closely with other teams to ensure there is a strong oversight model in place for team processes across both locations. This will also include ensuring daily processing service levels are met and escalated issues are resolved quickly and accurately, as well as identifying and driving forward proactive initiatives to improve the customer experience. As someone with excellent leadership qualities and a good understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory constraints, the client is seeking someone who is driven, energetic and self-motivated with a strong desire to deliver service excellence and exceed expectations. Strong project management skills and experience with end to end project delivery including testing and operational readiness would also be advantageous.
