An opportunity has arisen within a HVAC business based in the Southend on Sea. The perfect candidate will be carrying out the office accounts, sales and purchase orders and processing, with the bank and preparing accounts to trial balance. 25 hours per week split over 5 days. Your role will include: Raising sales invoices, verifying these against estimate sheets before submitting to clients Verifying supplier invoices against purchase orders sent Assisting the Directors with collating information to prepare applications for payment to contractors, including chasing subcontractors Liaising with manufacturers to obtain technical information for inclusion in Operating and Maintenance manuals Skills required: Sound excel and word knowledge Sage accountancy software Knowledge of the HVAC industry would be an advantage An understanding of estimating Experience of Payroll and the CIS scheme Good organisational skills Excellent telephone manner Ability to work within a team If you or someone you know is interested please apply by clicking the link
