You will need excellent communication skills in this customer focused role and high-volume environment. You will be part of a dedicated team who embrace change and innovation. The Role This south Bristol based Credit Controller will report directly to the Credit Control Team Leader whilst working within a team of 6. Tasks will include but not be limited to the following: Collection of Sales Ledger debts by telephone and written communication Maintenance of Sales Ledger Resolving customer disputes and queries Risk assessment of new account applications Cash allocation and banking Copy invoices and statement runs Working with internal departments and branches to achieve KPI targets.
