Consumer Additions are currently working in partnership with a growing International Hotel business, who are looking for an Income Auditor to join the business. Based in the heart of Central London, this is a new role working with a vibrant and personable team. Due to acquiring a new site, the group is looking for someone that understands Intercompany and Management costings, has good knowledge of Food & beverage in a hotel environment and has a roll up your sleeves mentality. Responsibilities:
Control and reconcile the daily sales in the outlets Audit F&B and all other hotel revenue generated Audit the credit card transactions for accuracy, preparing F&B reports Check the authenticity of all FO paid outs/rebates and outlet rebates Perform month end closing and ensure that the trial balance agree with general ledger Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports for the management Prepare any reports working alongside Finance team Check the accuracy of all revenue figures and obtain explanations for variances Personal Requirements: Ideally at least 12 months experience in Income Audit, within F&B or Hotels Knowledge of Intercompany & Management costings Customer centric and able to deal articulately with senior stakeholders Prior systems experience in Mews is a bonus Can multi-task, is happy to take control and be accountable Passionate about working in a fast paced and dynamic dynamic environment
