Harper May is working with an industry leading healthcare company celebrated for their rapid expansion over recent years. Based in North West London, our client is now looking for an ambitious and experienced Financial Controller to join their high calibre finance team. The successful candidate will be fully qualified with previous healthcare experience. This role requires: Developing cash budgets/forecasts for monthly, quarterly and annual periods Managing the Quarterly Management Information reporting including P&L and Balance Sheets Development and tracking of financial performance measures and quality KPIs Managing the end of year Annual Audited accounts process Producing ad-hoc reports to communicate financial performance to management Essential skills: Must be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Previous experience as a Financial Controller, preferably in healthcare Highly motivated with the ability to continuously improve the way the team works Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
