GKR have partnered with a real estate fund and developer in their search for a commercial accountant. As the business has successfully grown with over £700m in developments currently under construction. An ambitious company that plan to continue their growth, so with that comes the need to bridge the gap between finance and the investment team. They are looking for a Senior Commercial Accountant to help coordinate with JV partners and internal and external stakeholders. Role: Preparation of monthly management accounts for SPV and JV companies Liaison with senior debt and JV partners to ensure loan covenant and reporting obligations are met Maintain JVC cash positions and develop forecasts to assist asset management Coordinate with JV partners to improve the quality of their financial reporting Continuous process improvement on end to end processes from cash transactions through to accounts preparation Oversee delivery of annual statutory accounts for JVC & SPV companies Assist in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members Other ad hoc financial reporting as required Skills & Experience Qualified (ACA, ACCA) 3-5 years PQ Financial Services experience is essential Property (desirable) Self-management to meet deadlines Ability to work in fast paced entrepreneurial environment Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
