Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the Lead Internal Auditor will be critical to establishing the newly formed internal audit team following a recent listing. Through impactful and insightful audits they will help drive improvements in processes, risk management and internal controls to help drive business strategy. You will lead & deliver complex risk based audits across all areas of the business and work closely with the co-sourced partner to oversee delivery. Audits will focus on core central processes such as Finance, Procurement, HR and IT. Strong relationship managed is needed in order to help you influence business change and improvements in control. My client are looking for: Recognised audit or accountancy qualification. Extensive risk based internal audit and/or financial controls audit experience Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail Strong report writing skills Experience of internal audit methodologies A proven track record of influencing and building strong relationships with business stakeholders of all levels
