Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a nationally known firm based in Leeds on a 12 month FTC as a Credit Controller. The successful candidate will have a background in credit control and be able to hit the ground running. You will work as part of a larger team but will have responsibility for your own ledger. You will be required to achieve targets, meet the teams KPI and reporting metrics and manage internal & external relationships to ensure timely cash collections. This role will suit someone who has a credit control background, has a good understanding of debt collection and, of course, is an effective communicator. Description - Key Responsibilities Maximise receivable cash flow by maintaining a timely and professional collection process in accordance with policies and procedures Establish and maintain effective customer relationships and accounts Achieve set KPI's Manage own ledger Communicate regularly with internal teamsKey skills Credit control experience Competent with desktop & Microsoft packages Professional and courteous communication manner Comfortable working within a team and also maintaining own ledger(phone number removed)JB INDCCN
