We Offer Responsibilities Communicate with regulatory affairs coverage officers and SMEs across corporate functions and divisions, in order to gain deeper understanding of the regulatory environment, as well as the current standing of CS relationships with various regulators Prepare monthly, quarterly and adhoc view of the US Regulatory Affairs Landscape for Sr. Management, Executive Board and BoD reporting Support Central Office with various adhoc and recurring reporting requests, including (but not limited to) providing input for Global Regulatory Landscape reporting Provide oversight and support for the front to back regulatory commitment management ensuring timelines are met and issues are escalated to senior management in a timely manner Prepare briefing materials, talking points and key focus topic overviews for Senior Management ahead of their upcoming meeting with senior regulatory officials Partner with the Internal Audit function ensuring that the status of Regulatory commitments is appropriately tracked, reported and communicated to all internal stakeholders as well as to the regulators Identify opportunities for improvement and development of new metrics for the monitoring of Regulatory Affairs and changes You Offer Experience 3-7 years of experience in the banking industry in Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Affairs / Reporting or Risk Management roles Qualifications Self-driven and has ability to work independently Strong interpersonal and communications (written and oral) skills Strong comprehension skills and acute attention to detail; feels comfortable retrieving and performing qualitative analysis of large set of data Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Familiarity with project management techniques is a plus Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
