Requisition Title Product Manager -Assets Job Number 190000MY Job Purpose Manage the Retail Asset book comprising of Personal Loans (Conventional and Islamic) Drive the retail asset business for UAE to achieve a profitable portfolio and facilitating customer propositions keeping customer value to the bank Key Result Areas Drive profitable growth of the Personal Loans businesses in terms of customers, balances & profitability Create portfolio actions linked to top-ups, reactivation & retention on a multi channel distribution basis with support from Risk and Finance Work with other stakeholders to drive best in class TAT Create a cross-sell policy that effectively helps in customer retention across all segments Innovation through launch of new features, strengthening existing features & driving new product development Holistic management of all aspects of the PL book across all internal constituents Create preference for the Mashreq Lending brand specific to the PL products and work extensively with Marketing to ensure a differentiated and relevant proposition Segmentation & business intelligence work with relevant analytics teams to create customer centric segmentation for driving the right portfolio actions Create & drive in optimized Sales Strategy backed by the right process & incentive structures Knowledge, Skills and Experience 6 years of banking and finance experience with superior knowledge customer requirements in general banking segment Proven ability to manage Assets Portfolio Clear understanding of lending Risks Work Location U.A.E-Dubai Group Retail Banking Group
