Finance Manager, Supply Chain Finance Location San Jose, California, US Area of Interest Finance Job Type Professional Technology Interest None Job Id 1277289 New What You Will Do You will join a group of ambitious finance professional in Supply Chain Finance supporting some key COGS related financial activities Manage CtB Memory and Commodity Buy-Sell financial analysis and reporting (quarterly) Manage Price Mask Rebates (PMR), including Collaborate with Global Suppliers Management (GSM) partners in forecasting PMR, and track the monthly/quarterly spend accordingly Prepare for accounting balance sheet review, balance sheet reconciliations, finance balance sheet review, Prepare for BE forecasts, BE analytics, Special Programs analysis, commodity manager interaction (busiest close weeks & reporting weeks but activity goes throughout the quarter) Suppliers Consumption reporting (quarterly) Lead NMS MUV/PPV, including Collaborate with GSM partners in managing the MUV/PPV processes Lead monthly/quarterly accruals, allocation and reporting Prepare Product Ops & FP&A Commit Reporting/Bridges NMS, Commit Tracking meeting (busiest reporting weeks) Prepare for divesture JVs and support(busiest close weeks) Handle Benefited hub accruals, allocation, forecasting Ad hoc requests (all throughout the quarter) Who You'll Work With In this highly visible role, you will be working with Global Suppliers Management (GSM) partner, SC Finance team, and BE Finance / broader extended finance team. You will touch points across GSM, BE Finance, IT and Operations. Who You Are You will work multiple priorities in parallel; be highly motivated and work towards a result; Have a global mindset that brings cross-cultural understanding; Have a good analytical head, with hands-on experience with Financial Modeling and a high proficiency with MS Office. You are a self-starter, able to work independently and be comfortable with ambiguity and change. You have the ability to acquire and understand business and finance models/ processes/systems. Our minimum requirements for this role You hold a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Economics; MBA is a plus, with 8 years working in Finance or equivalent role You have strong and effective communications across multiple levels of the Company and across multiple functional organizations.
