As FP&A Analyst you will provide high value add commercial analysis for the business. This will include generating insights, particularly in the area of sales and margin management, performance cell analysis, deal support and A&P effectiveness. You will also support global FP&A commercial processes such as planning and budgeting. We will look to you to analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators as well as identify areas for margin improvement. You will monitor brand, product and customer profitability as well as track NPI progress. You will also support the review of A&P and other discretionary S&D cost effectiveness. You will develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives too. Important will be the ability to drive the continued development of the QRF and other planning and forecasting processes You should be part or fully qualified in CIMA or ACCA and have significant experience as an analyst or controller in a business environment. This will have given you strong analytic skills and the ability to analyse, organise, summarise and articulate complex financial information for decision making. You will also possess good HFM, ERP and BI systems experience as well as expertise in building automated reports and models.
