Part Time Credit Control

Part Time Senior Credit Controller. Aylesbury. Up to £17 per hour.

Your new company
Your new company is a successful organisation going through a restructure. They are currently looking for someone experienced in credit control to come in on a part time basis and assist with the department. this person will have full autonomy to take control of the credit department.

Your new role

• Maximise debt collections.
• Action all authorised Bad Debt Write Offs in a timely manner.
• Daily chasing via phone and emails of ageing debt.
• Ensure we are completing the dunning process on all aged debts.
• Phone chasing of failed Direct Debt within advised time frame.
• Account follow ups.
• Updating of the account system, ensuring all communication is logged.
• Comply and complete your monthly aged debt reports.
• Account reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have worked within a fast paced credit control environment previously. You must be a team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative. Experience with working with high volumes will be advantageous for this role and strong excel skills including v-look ups and pivot tables will work to you advantage in this position. You must be immediately available and able to complete the assignment.
