Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a Reconciliations Assistant on behalf of a growing service based business based just outside of Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, friendly finance team within a well-established, growing business. Full training and support is provided. It is a fast paced environment in which the successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, therefore 1 years' experience of reconciliations or strong payments experience is a requirement. As the Reconciliations Assistant you will be responsible for the following: Reconciliation of bank accounts. Working towards all relevant industry regulation. Reporting and resolving any queries that may arise from customer accounts. Identification and prevention, where possible, of CASS breaches. Ensuring customer service levels are set and maintained at a high standard. Input and analyse data from daily, weekly and monthly reports. Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at varying levels. Administrative duties such as bank account admin, scanning, indexing and filing. The ideal candidate will have: 1 years' experience in a high volume reconciliations role. Excellent communication skills. Strong administrative skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
