Leading a team of highly skilled & enthusiastic business intelligence / management information analysts (c.20 staff) within one of the biggest brands in the UK, here you'll get the chance to say exactly that. We're working with a large business, a well known brand, based in Nottingham in their search to recruit a Head of Finance; Business Data & Analytics to join & complement the existing UK finance leadership team to lead, develop and cultivate the existing data & analytics team. The business uses data to ensure that A) it's customers continue to receive the highest levels of service, and B) the business is agile to adjust and react to demands of their sector quicker than their competition. As the head of this department you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that both A and B happen. We're looking for candidates with demonstrable experience leading & developing MI / BI / data & analytics teams, ideally within large businesses and in partnership with working closely with a range of stakeholders (internal & external) up to an Exec level. Experience developing performance agendas used to enhance the outputs of large teams in a similar environment with the interpersonal, communication & leadership skills to effectively execute their plans will also be essential.
