The successful individual will handle all financial matters for the Family Office, a broadly scoped role. About the role With constant exposure to the matters of senior figures across the family office, this is an exciting opportunity. The role will handle the accounting over a wide spectrum of assets and services across the globe in multiple jurisdictions. Due to the related businesses owned by the family, there's clear development opportunity in several areas. Key responsibilities Handling of personal and company tax matters including implementation of advice in various international jurisdictions Prepare and maintain budgets on each asset Effectively manage all entities Prepare statutory accounts for all entities and submit accurately and on time Ensure payment of corporation tax and VAT are made accurately and on time UK U& ROW insurance policies Prepare monthly cash balance reporting Quarterly Management Accounting Review of company payroll Ensure required liquidity in the appropriate bank accounts Person profile ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified Family Office or High-net-worth accounting experience High level of interpersonal gravitas and credibility The wide range of financial responsibility would lend itself to a broad experience Strong technical understanding, financial accounting and tax Good systems understanding to consolidate from multiple complex entities and forex Experience of managing assets internationally Experience of varied international law from a finance perspective Excellent relationship manager with external partners Package £50,000 - £60,000, plus benefits
