We're a recruitment organisation based in Luton who now have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to come in and oversee the entire finance function. Due to the size of the team, the role is varied so is perfect for someone who's a fast multi-tasker and likes to get involved in most areas. Your new role; Reporting into the board of Directors your main duties will include:
• Ensuring smooth running of the weekly payroll function
• Preparation of the management accounts
• Supervising and providing support to the back office functions
• Take full responsibility for the monthly payroll
• Yearly budgeting and forecasting as appropriate
• Production of the year end accounts
• Liaising with the Board and the group with particular focus on providing relevant MI
• Preparation of all HMRC returns, including VAT
• Reconciliation of bank accounts and post journals, as appropriate We're looking for; -Someone preferably from a recruitment industry background. -Part ACCA/CIMA qualified or QBE -You will be tech-savvy on Microsoft packages especially Exel to advanced level.
