An opportunity to work within our Infrastructure and Real Assets team during an exciting time as our business is thriving and generating opportunities across all divisions. Our team originates opportunities to deploy capital in all sectors of infrastructure and manages investments already made. As a Business Analyst/Executive, you will be able to assist with managing our portfolio of assets and with the execution of new investment opportunities, refinancing and fundraising tasks. You will work with senior and portfolio executives to pursue transaction opportunities, creating and executing strategic initiatives both internally and within portfolio companies. You will have the opportunity to support the development and refining of their business plans and strategy, including identifying and delivering operational and financial improvements within portfolio companies. You will also execute and lead detailed financial and valuation analysis of portfolio companies and transactions, build and review financial models as necessary, and oversee financial model development of more junior members in the team. Working with portfolio company senior management, you will measure and monitor the financial and operational performance and strategic direction of those companies, identify and execute M&A transactions (both new acquisitions and bolt-on acquisitions for portfolio companies), execute financing transactions and manage junior team members, including being responsible for their learning and development. If you have at least 1-year M&A execution experience within an investment bank or an infrastructure fund, knowledge of global funds management, investment banking or strategy consulting and strong financial modelling skills, then we want to hear from you. You will need to be a Central Eastern European language speaker and hold a Bachelors degree, preferably in commerce, economics, Law or a STEM field, and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of financial accounting, corporate finance and business reporting.
