Nomura seeks to recruit an Analyst level professional to work on the firm's European ABS and Real Estate Solutions team. This team has a strong track record of being at the forefront of providing our clients with innovative structured solutions using the firm's capital on a wide variety of products, including loan-on-loan lending on secured Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), senior and mezzanine real estate financing, senior development financing, warehouse financing of both secured and unsecured performing loans, structured repos backed by illiquid ABS collateral, etc. Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required: Appropriate academic qualification in a quantitative or economics-related subject 1-2 years of recent experience in investment banking, real estate or lending/credit related experience Comfortable with Excel and Word Excellent analytical skills Articulate and able to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally Strong work ethic and willingness to learn, good project management skills and a team player Right to Work: The UK Government have taken steps to reduce net migration to the UK by limiting the number of overseas workers from outside the EEA coming to the UK for employment.
