Finance Manager (PQ or QBE) | Commercial Real Estate | £50K I am excited to be working with a fast-growing company who are stamping their mark within the world of commercial real-estate/property management, they are looking for a confident, committed Finance Manager to be a real 'second-in-command' within Finance and add genuine value into board level. This company have multiple commercial properties and need a Finance Manager to join their team and work closely with the Head of Finance across all Finance functions. There is a clear opportunity to progress within the organisation and you will have the backing of a passionate and empowering Manager. Core duties include: Preparation and consolidation of the Financial Reporting packs including full ownership of the management accounts, cash flow and P&L. Assist in the end of year Budgeting and Forecasting The management and mentoring of 2 transactional level staff Regular presentations into the board alongside the Head of Finance CAPEX management Reconciliation of Bank Accounts Working closely with the Head of Finance to cover all aspects of Finance This is an opportunity to work within a high-tempo setting in a very varied role that you will see you have a real influence on decision makers. In order to be considered for this opportunity you will need to have managed the Financial Reporting for a real-estate/property environment with multiple sites and be experienced in group consolidation. You will need to have a resilient and pro-active mindset with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. The Head of Finance is excited by individuals with excellent excel skills and the ability to manipulate data and create diverse reports that can be used for a wide range of tasks including modelling.
