We are looking for a newly qualified Finance Analyst to join our head office in Wimbledon. As Finance Analyst, you will join our recently expanded Commercial Finance function which includes the FP&A, Business Partnering, Trading and MI teams. This role will report into the Lead Business Partner and is ideal for someone looking to fast track their experience and broaden their skillset in a department that is driving the commercial agenda of the organisation.

Responsibilities:
Providing analysis and insights to the Finance and Trading Committee, which is the commercial decision-making forum of D&G Providing analytical expertise through the budget and reforecasting cycles, to explain the key drivers of performance, with exposure to ExCo and Director level Directly business partnering assigned ExCo/Director and providing financial advice and decision support Lead the monthly KPI production and development for the Finance and Trading Committee Responsible for the analysis and presentation of budgets and forecasts to ExCo and Director level Support the development of budget and forecast modelling (Cognos) Lead and develop the monthly reforecasting process Support the implementation of a new planning tool (to replace Cognos) Lead monthly reviews with assigned budget holders to discuss performance against KPIs and risks and opportunities Finance lead for assigned business function in all commercial decisions and business case review/approval D&G Financial Performance: We have a long track record of organic revenue and profit growth (16 consecutive years) and we have generated revenue of £811m in our 2019 financial year and EBITDA of £101 million.
