Our client is a growing PE backed IT business who are looking for a strong No2 to the CFO. The European Financial Controller will come on board at a time of change and growth. The role will work closely with the new leadership team and will have a strong financial and core accounting background. The CFO will focus on strategic commercial support and acquisitions whilst the European Financial Controller will focus on modernising the finance function and looking to improve existing processes and procedures; responsibilities will be varied to include: Working closely with all other parts of the business, including Sales, Procurement and Operations to ensure that transactions are recorded into the Company's ERP system (NetSuite) in such a way as to ensure correct and efficient accounting and reporting
• Preparation of the Financial and Management consolidated reporting packs
• Financial planning and analysis - Coordination of reporting and analysis across the group's division on a consistent and aligned basis
• Production of statutory accounting for multiple entities across Europe.
• You will provide analysis and commentary on the monthly management accounts and review the group accounting.
• The primary contact for the Group's Auditors
• Cash flow management and forecasting. A salary of £70,000- £80,000 is on offer plus benefits
