-Senior Finance Manager -Property -Maternity Cover This growing International property company based in London has excellent growth plans and a fantastic working environment. They have offices in France and Luxembourg while London is their Head Office. They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Finance Manager for a year long Maternity cover. Reporting into the UK Director, the role will be the sole accountant so whilst cliché, the person will have to be "hands on' but also extremely self-motivated and able to make decisions and deal with senior stakeholders. The role will be varied and will require the person to look after the entire accounting process from journal entries through to consolidation of group accounts. As the ideal candidate you will ideally be a fully qualified accountant with property / real estate sector experience. You will have a "no job too big no job too small' attitude and be prepared to get involved in many different tasks. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to round off their experience in a smaller business. A knowledge of the system Yardi is an ideal but not a pre-requisite and knowledge of French and FR GAAP would be an advantage but not essential. A thorough hand over with the incumbent will be provided.
