Financial Data Modeller / FP&A Analyst |3 Month Contract |Music Industry Harmonic are delighted to be working on with one of the Music industry's biggest success stories. The business have become a global phenomenon, associated with some of the world's biggest superstars and ground breaking technological developments. As they are still in the 'start-up' phase, there is a great family feel to the working environment where everyone is deeply passionate about the company...this is your chance to get in at 'ground level' and have some serious impact upon the future direction of the business. As although this is initially on the basis of a 3 month contract, there is potential that this will become a permanent position. The business are extremely well-funded and are currently on a growth trajectory whereby they will continue to expand, thus opening several opportunities for future progression and development. As the Financial Data Modeller, you will be working alongside the CFO, providing information for deal modelling through to assisting with the creation of investment papers. The Role: As the Financial Data Modeller/FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for providing key analysis which will be used in building deal models and forecasts. You will then compile this information into an investment paper to subsequently be presented to the board. The business have templates for deal models and investment papers - so strong excel and data manipulation skills is vital. The Duties: Building information summaries based on information regarding musical royalties (e.g. top performing songs). Assisting with the creation of deal models, which will be forecasting performance over a 10 year period. Producing investment papers to be reviewed by the CFO. What we need to see (essential): ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified or PQ Prior experience working on deal models Excellent communication skills A passion for music Strong excel skills What we'd like to see (bonus): Previous work with royalties Prior experience with forecasting and analysis
