Accounts Payable Assistant Long Term Temporary - Immediate Start Andoversford My client based in Andoversford is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and forward thinking. Role Overview: To accurately process purchase ledger invoices, resolve queries, reconcile supplier statements and work aged creditor reports. Key

Responsibilities:
To enter invoices accurately against a purchase order or adequately authorised and within the SLA timeframe. To take ownership of managing unallocated payments and debit balances relating to the supplier letter range allocated to you. Manage invoices on hold to ensure a prompt resolution. Respond to enquiries from suppliers to help resolve any issues with their accounts. Reconcile supplier statements. Maintain the accounts payable inbox and daily post. To maintain a high degree of accuracy for all accounts payable tasks and adhere to all service level agreements and processes. Provide cover for absence. Knowledge & Expe rience Required: Experience of working in a busy environment, to targets and within timescales Good knowledge of Excel Good understanding of Purchase Ledger Competencies: Methodical approach to work processes and procedures Excellent attention to detail Good communication skills on all levels Good organisation & prioritisation skills Be professional, flexible, able to work under pressure and adaptable to the changing needs of the organisation Able to deal appropriately and maturely with difficult situations The ability to work within a team and be self-motivated Must have strong problem solving skills Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday If you are immediately available and ready to work within an exciting driven team this role is ideal for you If the above interests you, please contact Sarah i2i Recruitment immediately.
