TSR are proud to be partnering with a fantastic new build developer based in The West Midlands in their search for an Accounts Assistant to work within their accounts team in Solihull
Responsibilities:
Assist with month end procedures and cut off Provide support to Regional Finance Team during transition period from COINS to Oracle accounting systems Provision of daily cash reconciliations to finance shared service centre (FSSC) Provide support for upcoming JV projects. Monthly house sales reservation fees and sales extra reconciliations Assist with house sales completion statements and postings Providing information for regional business units Providing information to external and internal auditors. Ad-hoc duties for management. Individual: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (key) Computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages (key) Knowledge and practical understanding of Oracle (desirable) Working as part of a team to deliver objectives of the department and company as a whole. Enthusiastic and committed Good organiser with time management skills Proactive style, good administration and problem solving Looking to improve procedures in the department and implement changes. This role is an 8 month Fixed Term Contract and the salary on offer is £20,000-22,000
