Accounts Assistant Job Spec: Processing supplier invoices and credit card transactions Expenses: processing internal and recharged expenses Running time and budget analysis reports on projects to support Project Managers Book-keeping across all group companies using Opera 3, Rapport 3 and Webexpenses (training can be provided) Innovating and suggesting improvements across financial and administrative systems About You: Take pride in delivering an excellent service internally to colleagues and externally to clients and suppliers Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a fast learner and has the capacity to drive improvements in our financial systems to keep pace with our exciting growth plans. Essential qualities and experience: Practical experience working within an accounts function, especially purchase ledger Experience of book-keeping and other aspects of financial or management accounting Excel skills Excellent attention to detail A high degree of written accuracy A strong commitment to continuing professional development Part AAT qualified Experience of working in an SME operating internationally Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and IF and VLOOKUP functions Salary up to £24k and a great benefits package Badenoch Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
