JHE & Partners are working exclusively with an award winning company based on the outskirts of Leeds in their search for a permanent Credit Control Administrator. If you have recent experience within a similar, Credit Control/Sales Ledger position and you are looking to develop a successful career within finance, this would be an ideal opportunity for you. The successful candidate will join a friendly, hard working finance team. This position will work closely with the Senior Credit Controller to monitor and reduce aged debt. Key duties and responsibilities will include: Assisting with the review of aged debt and preparation of weekly collection plan Making collection calls to business customers and resolving any issues to ensure prompt payment Working closely with the Senior Credit Controller and Financial Controller with regards to "problem accounts" and placing on stop if required Acting as first point of contact for customer queries Setting up new accounts on the finance system Credit checking new customers Liaising with management regarding the setting of credit limits Preparation of reports for management Allocation of incoming money Other ad hoc tasks as required ? Study support is available for the AAT or ICM qualification as well as a competitive salary.
