NextGear Capital offers Stocking Plans designed to help independent and franchised used vehicle dealers buy, manage and sell stock. It provides carefully tailored plans connecting stock wholesalers to dealerships, providing simple, cost-effective support across a wide range of vehicle sources. Reporting to the Senior Risk Support Manager, the Default Risk Account Manager (DRAM) is: A Field based Risk position mainly remote working with occasional visits to head office in Chester. There may be the occasional overnight stay but mainly working within a set area. DRAMs workload is roughly split: 40% negotiations/collecting, 40% training/coaching and 20% administration, reporting (report writing). You will be responsible for risk mitigation which will be achieved through risk analysis, negotiations, collections and mentoring / training/Dealer re-education. Ensuring you execute timely dealer visits and collection efforts, you will be responsible for an area in and around your place of residence - North of England & Scotland. In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, you will be provided with a company car, Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities strong experience in working within the dealer network, negotiating/collecting/seeking amicable resolutions, with knowledge of conducting direct dealer collections on assigned portfolio Able to work remotely with open communication with Office Based Operations to identify, monitor and resolve default account situations Self-organised and able to appropriately prioritise/escalate when needed - planning dealer visits and reporting results/audit findings in a timely manner taking a risk-based approach when covering your own area. Able to complete occasional overnight stays (early start/late finish) when required. In addition, you will ideally have experience in field-based recovery and or face to face collections. IT literate: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Excel & Word Good verbal and written communication skills - confident communicator at all levels Excellent telephone manner essential Excellent attention to detail required Articulate and enthusiastic Team player as well as self-motivated and able to work alone Education and Experience Education: A Level or Equivalent Knowledge of the automotive industry
