Responsibilities and Duties: 1. To review, discuss and report accurate and timely financial information to facilitate effective decision-making by the Management 2. Oversee operations of the Accounting Department, Payroll, Human Resources, Corporate Service department and Treasury 3. Coordinate and manage accounts of the Companies in the Group. Supervise bookkeeping and maintain responsibility for the preparation and filing of accounts for the group including all the subsidiaries and Holding in UK, Singapore, UAE and Kuwait. 4. Develop systems and processes ensuring that adequate controls are in place, i.e., policies and procedures in cash and cheque disbursements, invoicing, collection et al. 5. Ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations 6. Coordinate with External Auditors and Liquidators on behalf of the Officers and Authorized signatories of numerous Offshore and Free Zone companies being managed by Emicapital LLC. 7. Liaise with various banks Relationship Managers on opening, operation and closing of our client's personal and corporate bank accounts. 8. Provide timely and strategic recommendations to the CEO 9. Provide updated Transaction reports of the individual accounts and projects being managed by the company. Key Skills and Competencies 1. Financial Statements and Performance Reporting Preparation of financial statements, with detailed analysis of actual performance; reconciliation of accounts Accounts Receivable, Payable and Cash Flow management Variance analysis of Income statement accounts with budget, reconciliation of Balance Sheet control accounts 2. People management Staff training, mentoring and coaching Compensation administration Team coordination 3. Internal Control Cash management and control system Effective expenditure management 4. Administration  In control of the day-to-day activities of the company OIC Human Resource Manager Managing the accounts of the companies in the Group Qualifications  BA in accountancy or economics Licensed /Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with good standing for UAE Affiliate member of Accountants & Auditors Association (AAA) in the UAE Experience 5 years accountancy at senior level in an international firm 2 years International Group CFO experience Closing date 2 November 2019
