CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a Poole, Dorset based SME client, with the requirement to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for monthly accounts up to trail balance. In this position you will immediately add value to the organisation by freeing up the Financial Controller's time to focus on more commercial elements of finance. Additionally, the successful candidate will also assist in cash flow, VAT and Sales and Intrastats. As Finance Manager you will be working closely with the Financial Accountant on cost analysis and monthly accounts. You will also be responsible for managing three transactional finance staff. This is a great opportunity to join a business in Poole, Dorset. The Ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team and have experience working with Multi-currency. AAT qualified is beneficial to be considered for this position.
