Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Junior Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. We are looking for an organised and trustworthy individual who has some experience in a similar role to progress within this small team. The right applicant will be personable, have strong communication skills (especially on the telephone) and have a basic standard of IT skills to include Microsoft Word. Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch)
Salary:
£18,000 to £19,000 per annum DOE £1,000 bonus Benefits: 4.5% Pension, Private health care and dental, Christmas party, Summer party and death in service (3 x basic salary) The job will involve... - Chasing outstanding debt by phone and email - Dealing with invoice queries - Ensuring the system is updated with collection notes, ensuring reporting standards are met - Handling client disputes, escalating any issues when necessary - Ensuring the system records are accurate and kept up to date - Banking - Keeping sales ledger tidy and reconciling unmatched accounts - Administration and filing.
