£38,000 Benefits A leading automotive organisation are seeking a 1st class Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join their growing team. What will you be doing? Running the end to end payroll with heavy involvement in the benefits administration too. Coordinate Tax and National Insurance checks and internal audits Implement Measures resulting from audit activities Ensure Accurate records are maintained relating to P11D and timely submission to HMRC Manage payroll queries both over the phone and via email. Monitor the accuracy of payroll data. Ensure P11D's are accurate and submitted on time. What are we looking for? An excellent communicator.
